Article Automotives LLC provides vehicle detailing, concierge, and related services on an “as available” basis. While we strive for excellence in every service, results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and environmental factors. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration.

Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for removing personal items prior to service. Article Automotives LLC is not liable for loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle. For mobile services, clients must ensure safe, legal access to the service location, including water and power availability if required.
After-Hours & Specialty Services
After-hours, aircraft, and commercial services may incur additional fees and require advance approval. These services are subject to availability and may involve third-party coordination.

Photography & Media Use
By engaging our services, clients grant Article Automotives LLC permission to photograph vehicles for promotional use unless otherwise requested in writing. All media remains the property of Article Automotives LLC unless explicitly transferred.

Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition, service location, and requested add-ons. Bulk and membership pricing is subject to verification and may be adjusted for misuse or misclassification.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or membership credits.
Legal Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction within Los Angeles County.

Refund & Re-Service Policy

Eligibility:
Clients must contact us within 24 hours of service completion to request a refund or re-service. Requests received after this window may not qualify. -
Resolution Options:
Depending on the issue, we may offer:-
A complimentary re-service within 7 days

A partial or full refund

A credit toward future services

Conditions:

Vehicle must be in the same condition as post-service (no new damage or contamination)

Refunds are not issued for pre-existing damage, missed appointments, or services declined at time of visit

Add-on services are refundable only if not performed

Gift packages and promotional bundles are non-refundable but may be transferred
